The Outer Womb
It has been said that because human babies continue to develop at such a rapid rate once they’re born, they really should be considered in "The Outer Womb" for the first year of life. Participants will learn tips about breastfeeding, baby wearing, SIDS awareness, sleep patterns, why babies cry and how to create the best support network for baby's first days.

Breastfeeding Basics
Did you know that breastfeeding could increase IQ and decrease infections, allergies, asthma and obesity in children? The key to breastfeeding is patience and LOTS of support and encouragement. This 3-hour workshop will equip moms and dads with the practical knowledge and confidence to begin the beautiful breastfeeding relationship with their child and learn about healthy alternatives if breastfeeding isn’t possible. In addition, one-on-one support is also available from the facilitator as needed.

Womb Mates — Just for Dads!
A 2-hour workshop where expectant Dads will have the opportunity to interact with Experienced Dads. Panel discussion and Q&A of what to expect in pregnancy, childbirth, marriage and parenting. A safe place to ask the tough questions and get honest answers and feedback!
